Brand Bros - Palatinate

We are Brand Bros, a 5th generation family winery in Pfalz, Germany. We, Daniel and Jonas, run the winery since 2014 together. We started to produce natural wine in 2014, as one of the first German producers to do so. Since then we changed the production to 100% 0/0. 

Our farming would be best described as Regenerative organic farming. We are not opening the soils, to keep the organic matter and to keep a natural system of vegetation growing all year around. then we mange this vegetation with mowing and rolling at the right times to ensure regret and to fertilize the soil with out the need of adding any manure nor compost.

Our winemaking philosophy is patients! We are 100% sure that time will balance the wine out. If it is mousey or high VA, both problems and many others can be solved by simply not interfering with the wine. Giving it time to rest and tasting it once a year.
